Chloe & Michael | Paducah, KY Wedding

Chloe and Michael met in graduate school where they both study astrophysics. They planned the most beautiful and fun Starry Night themed wedding that I feel so privileged to have photographed. All the details were just so beautiful, personal, and creative. Emily at Bluegrass Events ran with Chloe and Michael's ideas in just the perfect way.

There was just so much love and laughter and joy at this wedding. I loved all the special sentimental details like the meteorite shavings in Michael's ring and how excited he was to finally get to wear it, the pearl bracelet Chloe wore that belonged to her grandmother and that both her mother and aunt wore on their wedding days, OF COURSE the custom painted galaxy Chuck Taylors, the wardrobe change for the reception, the balloons floating on the ceiling with LEDs to resemble the night sky, and probably most of all that INCREDIBLE cake that tasted almost as good as it looks.

Chloe and Michael - you are just lovely people and I'm so glad I got to be there to witness the love you have for one another. Thank you thank you!

Chloe’s been rocking that purple streak in her hair for a lot of years now so her mom went pink for her wedding day.

Chloe has a picture just like this from playing dress up at her house when she was little, so we decided to recreate it on her wedding day!

They’re married!

Probably the most beautiful wedding cake I’ve ever seen - and it was delicious too! I heard the cake team applied each of those pearls by hand with tweezers.
