A very fall family photo session

Who doesn't love fall? Honestly, I want to hate it because it's so popular and I typically don't like to be the same as everyone else but something about the pumpkin patches, leaves, slightly cooler temperatures (where are you 60s and 70s?), Halloween, Homecoming, etc. etc. and I get all happy.

This session came about really suddenly but I'm glad I got to spend some time with this family on a Saturday in October. You may recognize the two boys from another session I did that day with their mom and step-dad. I really appreciated seeing the camaraderie and cooperation of their blended family - it was a beautiful sight!

Their house and property was properly dolled up with pumpkins and mums and there was a gorgeous old barn with a barn quilt that I fell in love with as I drove up the long driveway. We were way out in the country.

Thanks to Terry, Sandy, Ryan, Logan, Mama Nette and all the puppies for a great day!
